John Venable, Director of Solutions Architecture | John is a well-rounded technology generalist with 20 years of experience in all areas of web and internet technology including networking, client and server-side development, usability, and graphic design. He possesses an exceptional ability to interact and liaise with technical and non-technical personnel to implement highly usable websites and applications.
Tammy Volberding, Director of Human Resources | Tammy is a senior human resources professional who has shaped high-performing cultures with progressive technical resources, comprehensive communication, and a vigorous development program. She utilizes current human capital practices to attract, retain, develop, and engage talent.
With over 10 years of experience, Tammy has a proven record of contributing to profitability through the development and management of HR operations, with special expertise in establishing HR departments from scratch.
