Through the new contract, DSFederal provides a broad range of scientific and program support services to the OER, including professional, scientific, analytical, consultative and subject matter expertise in areas such as executive administration, financial analysis and reporting, program operations, scientific data analysis, scientific information analysis, and scientific text analysis. DSFederal’s RCDC team members have received the RCDC Office of the Director award, recognizing their contributions to the program.

OER oversees NIH research administration to ensure scientific integrity, public accountability and effective stewardship of the NIH extramural research portfolio. The organization oversees activities related to high-profile digital platforms, grant compliance, peer review, extramural community communications, scientific misconduct, and human subjects’ protection.
