New talent includes Catherine Young, formerly of Merkle, Jaime Falquez, formerly of Infosys, and Amanda Wood, formerly of Wunderman WPP. They join Lindsey Byroads, who has been a key leader with R2i for over 12 years. The team brings with them rich marketing experience in healthcare, manufacturing, high technology and education, which are core focus industries for the agency.

Structuring Account Services around strategic portfolios enables R2i to leverage industry-specific knowledge and the deep experience of its team to help clients solve their toughest marketing challenges. Young, VP Strategy and Account Services at R2i, leverages over 15 years of experience leading performance-based marketing clients across industries such as healthcare, insurance, travel, pharmaceutical and financial services. Group Account Director Falquez has led brand and digital transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 clients spanning across the globe. Group Account Director Wood has nearly 20 years of experience managing Fortune 50 clients and is well-versed in applying data and insights to help define areas of growth, elevate user experiences and to drive better marketing experiences. As a VP Group Account Director in R2i's Baltimore office, Byroads has spent the last decade building a strong foundation of integrated service offerings for the agency's top clients.
