Lee & Associates Maryland, a fully-integrated commercial real estate brokerage and management firm, has been named the exclusive leasing broker for Airpark Square, a four-building business community comprising nearly 112,000 square feet of commercial office space. Positioned adjacent to the Carroll County Regional Airport in the Westminster section of Carroll County, Maryland, the asset was acquired by Holland Properties earlier this month.
