Michael Gosnell
David S. Brown Enterprises has bolstered its Retail Leasing team with the recent hiring of Michael Gosnell within the Commercial Division. Gosnell joins the company as a Retail Leasing Representative and will be responsible for negotiations within David S. Brown’s ever-growing retail portfolio.
Before joining David S. Brown, Michael worked at MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate, first as a Property Management Intern in 2016, a Brokerage Intern in 2017, and then as a full-time Broker from 2018-2020. Michael earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from nearby Stevenson University in 2018. Gosnell has been an active member of NAIOP and a licensed broker since 2017.
