Lee & Associates Maryland, a fully-integrated commercial real estate brokerage and management firm, has announced the hiring of Will McCullough as Senior Vice President. For the past 12 years, Mr. McCullough worked as a Commercial Leasing Agent for St. John Properties, Inc., and he brings more than 28 years of diversified commercial real estate experience to this position.

In his new role with the company, Mr. McCullough will handle tenant and landlord representation activities with a focus on commercial office, flex/office, industrial and warehouse properties throughout the central Maryland region. This includes developing and executing customized real estate strategies for companies and organizations with new location or expansion requirements, and overseeing leasing programs for existing or speculative real estate projects on behalf of owners. He will also handle the identification and acquisition of assets on behalf of investors and owners, as well as oversee the disposition of properties for different ownerships and entities. This includes overseeing all research and negotiation activities and interacting with regional and national brokerage firms.

Prior to joining St. John Properties, Mr. McCullough functioned as a Vice President, Commercial and Industrial for Lincoln Property Group; was a founding member and Vice President of Chesapeake Real Estate Group and also worked in commercial brokerage for Colliers Pinkard and Manekin Corporation. Throughout his career, he has performed development and leasing activities for high-profile projects such as Baltimore Crossroads in Baltimore County; the University of Maryland’s Discovery District in Prince George’s County and Troy Hill Commerce Center in Howard County. Mr. McCullough has also worked for tenants including GE Information Systems, Coca Cola and Northrup Grumman.

Mr. McCullough received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Towson University and is a member of NAIOP Maryland. He also earned a designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
