Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson was limited in practice Dec. 9 with a quad injury, a potentially problematic development with Baltimore set to host the New York Jets on a short week for a "Thursday Night Football" matchup at M&T Bank Stadium Dec. 12.
The Ravens (11-2), fresh off a 24-17 win at Buffalo that ran their regular-season franchise-record winning streak to nine games, held just a light walkthrough practice in the team fieldhouse, and Jackson appeared briefly at the end of the early portion of practice open to the media.
Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said the injury occurred during the Bills game when Jackson was hit around his knee. Jackson played the entire game for the Ravens, completed 16 of 25 for 145 yards and three touchdowns and ran 11 times for 40 yards.
