Howard County General Hospital’s staff and volunteers will wrap holiday gifts at The Mall in Columbia from 1:30 to 8 p.m. Dec. 13 to 15 and 19 to 22 with 100% of proceeds supporting the hospital. The fundraiser will take place on the mall’s upper level near Lord + Taylor.
