On the evening of Oct. 14, a Community Policing Town Hall regarding police and community relations will take place at the Reginald F. Lewis Museum in downtown Baltimore, and the goal of the event is to have a space for an open conversation about policing, the community and smart justice reform.
Put on by the Players Coalition, the town hall features a number of high-profile guests, including former current and former Ravens players Anquan Boldin, Mark Ingram, Matt Lawrence and former NFL player and Baltimore native Joel Gamble. Additionally, the guest list includes a handful of city officials.
Boldin -- a co-founder of the Players Coalition -- has nothing but fond memories of the city.
