
The Baltimore Community ToolBank was the beneficiary of 20 picnic tables, 15 planters, 12 park benches and 10 mobile libraries when more than 150 NAIOP Maryland volunteers invested an afternoon at the non-profit facility on 1224 Wicomico Street in Baltimore City. At the end of the afternoon's activities. the exterior landscaping was also significantly upgraded. Financial donations were presented to the House of Ruth, The 6th Branch as well as the ToolBank by the local commercial real estate association that is comprised of approximately 450 professionals.
