Orioles Organization 'Definitely Feeling Like Home' For Infielder Rylan Bannon

Some Baltimore Orioles fans may be saddened by Manny Machado crushing three home runs against the Los Angeles Dodgers May 3-4 -- including a 437-foot bomb off Clayton Kershaw -- but it's worth noting one of the prospects the Orioles received for Machado in the July 2018 trade is already producing in Double-A Bowie.

Infielder Rylan Bannon is hitting .319/.392/.526 through 32 games for the Baysox. Bannon was dealt by the Dodgers along with top outfield prospect Yusniel Diaz, right-handers Dean Kremer and Zach Pop and infielder Breyvic Valera.

Bannon, 23, was selected by the Dodgers in the eighth round of the 2017 MLB draft out of Xavier, where he won Big East Player of the Year during his last season as a junior.
