FCP announces the promotion of the following professionals:
Three of FCP’s senior leaders have been named as Principals of the firm:
Garland Faist, Steve Walsh and Jason Bonderenko
- Garland Faist has been named a Principal and promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
- Steve Walsh has been named a Principal and promoted to Chief Credit Officer.
- Jason Bonderenko has been named a Principal and continues to lead the company’s multifamily income business.
FCP has identified and created two new senior roles:
Summer K. Haltli has been promoted to the position of Sr. Vice President, Strategic Management and Sustainability.
Brian Cohn has been named Chief Information Officer, responsible for information technology strategy and implementation.
