Orioles Announce 2019 Minor League Coaching Staffs

The Orioles today announced the coaching staffs for their seven minor league affiliates for the 2019 season.

KENT QUALLS enters his seventh season with the Orioles as Director of Minor League Operations. MARIA ARELLANO enters her 14th season with the Orioles, and fifth as Manager, Minor League & International Administration. CHRIS HOLT enters his first year as Minor League Pitching Coordinator with the Orioles. He previously served as the Assistant Pitching Coordinator with the Houston Astros during the 2018 season, and as a Pitching Coach in the organization at Class A Buies Creek (2017), Class A Quad Cities (2016), and Class A Tri-City (2014-15). JEFF MANTO enters his sixth year as Minor League Hitting Coordinator. DON WERNER enters his 17th year in the organization and will return as the Minor League Catching Coordinator for the 13th season, while DAVE ANDERSON enters his fifth year with the organization and will again serve as the Minor League Infield Coordinator. CARLOS TOSCA will serve as the Outfield/Baserunning Coordinator, while also serving his role as Field Coach for the GCL Orioles. SCOTT McGREGOR enters his eighth season as the Sarasota-based Pitching Rehabilitation Coordinator. KEVIN BRADSHAW will serve as Spring Training Coordinator, along with his managerial duties at Aberdeen. DAVE SCHMIDT, in his 22nd season in the organization, will serve as the Florida and Latin America Pitching Coordinator for the Orioles. FELIPE ROJAS ALOU, JR. will return to serve as Director of the Dominican Academy. LEN JOHNSTON enters his 43rd season with the Orioles organization, serving as the Administrator of Sarasota Operations. DAVE WALKER will begin his 17th year as Minor League Medical Coordinator and 26th season in the organization. KYLE CORRICK enters his first season with the Orioles organization, serving as the Rehab Coordinator. JAKE PARKER returns as Minor League Equipment Manager for the 10th season.
