Spencer Perry
NAIOP Maryland, the local association comprised of more than 450 professionals working for real estate development organizations and affiliated companies including architectural, accounting, law and brokerage firms has elected Spencer Perry, Business Services Officer for BB&T to its Board of Directors.
Perry is currently Chair of the NAIOP Maryland Developing Leaders (DL) committee, which engages professionals 35 years of age and under in educational, community service and networking activities involving the commercial real estate industry. More than 100 members are currently active in the local DL group.
In his position with BB&T, Mr. Perry provides acquisition, development and construction financing to local commercial real estate development companies. He also serves as a liaison to the bank’s deposit, insurance and permanent loan specialists. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business Economics and Marketing from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and a Masters of Science degree in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.
