These 6 Startups Are Entering Accelerate Baltimore 2019

The next class of startups in Accelerate Baltimore are looking to deliver coffee, car washes and origami.

After reviewing applications, Emerging Technology Centers (ETC) on Thursday named the 2019 cohort for its seed accelerator program.

Startups who enter the program receive $25,000 in seed funding. Over the next 13 weeks, the six startup teams will also get access to weekly programming. According to ETC, this year’s sessions are based around the book Burn the Business Plan, authored by former Kaufmann Foundation President Carl Schramm. The members of the cohort will hear from local entrepreneurs who offer a personal perspective on one of the books 12 concepts. Startups also receive executive coaching and more than 16 mentors. They also get access to Pitch Creator, a tool that helps founders prep to present to investors.
