Point Breeze Credit Union Names Kristin Reynolds Sr. VP, Human Resources

Kristin Reynolds Sr.

Point Breeze Credit Union has promoted Kristin M. Reynolds to Senior Vice President, Human Resources.

A 20-year veteran of the financial services industry, Reynolds began her career at Point Breeze as a Human Resources Generalist before being promoted to Human Resources Manager and then to Vice President, Human Resources.

“Under Kristin’s leadership, our Human Resources Department is excelling at recruiting, training and providing total support to our dedicated and engaged team of employees,” says the credit union’s CEO, Bernard McLaughlin. “Kristin is a strong leader who has the depth of experience and knowledge to help us to compete now, and into the future.”

Reynolds is actively involved in a number of professional organizations, including the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), the Chesapeake Human Resources Association (CHRA), and the Susquehanna Human Resources Association (SHRA).

In addition to her professional activities, Reynolds is a Board member of the Academy of Finance Program at Edgewood High School, and serves as Chairperson of the Board’s Internship/Board Recruitment Committee.

She also participates in business partnerships with various Baltimore and Harford County high school student internship programs, as well as with Baltimore City’s Bridges High School Program through St. Paul’s School.

A graduate of Strayer University, Reynolds lives in Forest Hill, MD with her husband, Christopher, and two daughters.
