WHAT: Anne Arundel Medical Center (AAMC) celebrates a milestone in the construction of its new mental health hospital by placing the last piece of steel into the frame of the building called the J. Kent McNew Family Medical Center. This ceremony is known as “topping out” and is an indication that the project is on track for its completion in summer 2020.
