FEI Systems, a leading provider of health IT solutions, is proud to announce that Fran Jensen, MD, MS, is joining FEI Systems as Chief Medical Officer. For the past 10 years, Dr. Jensen has been a leader, Medical Officer, and Project Officer at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
Dr. Jensen was the Deputy Director/Medical Officer, State Innovations Group, Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation at CMS. In this role, Dr. Jensen designed and tested State-led, multi-payer delivery system transformation efforts, which leverage existing and new opportunities in value-based payment arrangements for coordinated, safe, and efficient healthcare.
As FEI Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Jensen will lead the clinical insight FEI brings to support the design, development, and implementation of innovative delivery models of care and payment. She will provide data-driven insights to monitor and improve the quality and outcomes for members of the government and private healthcare entities it serves.

Previously, Dr. Jensen served as the Medical Officer of the CMS Learning and Diffusion Group, as well as Medical Officer of the CMS Division of Acute Care Services. She brings to FEI Systems extensive experience developing and implementing innovative models to transform the healthcare delivery system in Federal and State government.
Dr. Jensen joins FEI Systems as Chief Medical Officer on January 2, 2019.
