Canton & Company, a healthcare growth and innovation services firm, today announced the addition of Joe Reilly to its leadership team. Reilly joins as Chief Technology Innovation Officer.

With extensive experience applying healthcare technologies to accelerate positive change, Reilly brings valuable expertise to the organization and its clients. As CTIO, Reilly will connect clients with best-of-breed technology solutions, helping them apply the technologies to deliver a demonstrable return on investment through enhanced efficiencies, actionable information access, and improved patient outcomes.

"Joe joins Canton & Company with a unique combination of healthcare technology and business acumen," said Don McDaniel, CEO for Canton & Company. "First, he understands the business – both the private and public sides of healthcare. Second, he understands that technologies need to be applied to derive value, and that applying them requires the right people and processes for success."

Prior to joining Canton & Company, Reilly was Chief Information Officer for the Central New York Care Collaborative (CNYCC), where he led the design and implementation of an IT infrastructure supporting 4000+ providers and organizations. The infrastructure is a critical element of the Collaborative's integrated approach to population health management and coordinated care delivery under New York State's Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program. Prior to his work with the CNYCC, Reilly held positions with St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center, HealtheConnections, and NexSched.

"Canton & Company is uniquely positioned to make a measurable difference in the industry," said Reilly. "They're a smart, nimble, well-connected team. They have a passion and the expertise to help companies experience smart growth. I'm excited to jump in and contribute to the company's success."

Reilly earned a bachelor's degree in biomolecular science from Clarkson University and a Masters of Public Health from SUNY Upstate Medical University & Maxwell School of Syracuse University.
