Brown Enterprises, LTD., a full-service real estate development, investment and management company, has announced the restructuring of its commercial office leasing division effective January 1, 2019. Kevin M. Keane, Senior Vice President of Office Leasing for David S. Brown Enterprises, will oversee activities associated with the marketing and leasing of the commercial office portfolio located throughout Maryland and Pennsylvania. Brent E. Mangum has been promoted to Vice President of Office Leasing and will assist in these efforts. Kenneth S. Bernstein, Senior Vice President of Retail Leasing, will continue in his role managing the comprehensive retail leasing activities for David S. Brown Enterprises.
