Local agricultural lender, MidAtlantic Farm Credit, announces the hiring of Amy Rowe as loan officer

MidAtlantic Farm Credit recently announced the hiring of Amy Rowe as a loan officer. She will be based out of the association’s Salisbury, Maryland office.
“We are looking forward to having Amy join our team and work alongside our employees and our members,” says Jennifer Frock, regional lending manager with MidAtlantic Farm Credit. “Her extensive background in finance and agriculture will make her a strong asset to our sales team. We’re excited to bring her on board.”
Prior to joining Farm Credit, Rowe served as a farm loan officer with the Farm Service Agency (FSA), which is part of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). She covered Alabama, Iowa, and, most recently, Maryland’s Eastern Shore and Southern Maryland, working with producers to finance operations and provide options for their financial needs.
“I am excited to join the team at MidAtlantic Farm Credit,” says Rowe. “With my background in agriculture and previous experience with FSA, I hope to offer Farm Credit borrowers realistic and creative solutions for their businesses. Being able to understand customers’ operations and relate to their different needs is important to ensure that Farm Credit is offering the best customer service.”
Rowe, a native of Cullman County in Alabama, earned an animal science degree from Auburn University, with minors in poultry science and agricultural leadership. She grew up on a poultry and cattle farm, where she fell in love with agriculture. Rowe currently resides in Parsonsburg, Maryland with her husband.
