Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh called kicker Justin Tucker's omission from the Pro Bowl "a head-scratcher" and strongly defended the Pro Bowl selection of safety Eric Weddle, who was named to the Pro Bowl team for the third straight year as a Raven.
Weddle, linebacker C.J. Mosley and offensive guard Marshal Yanda were the three Ravens named to the Pro Bowl, with Tucker and left tackle Ronnie Stanley selected as alternates. Tucker's absence from the team was considered one of the most glaring omissions.
Tucker, the most accurate kicker in NFL history, was left off the AFC roster in favor of New York Jets kicker Jason Myers in voting conducted by the league's players, coaches and fans.
