After seven years of service, Wit & Wisdom, A Tavern by Michael Mina, will close January 1, 2019. Baltimore's Atlas Restaurant Group will be acquiring the space. An exciting new restaurant is scheduled to open mid-2019 with additional details to be announced at a later date.
“After delivering a top culinary experience in Harbor East these past several years, we look forward to transforming this space in the hotel, for guests and locals alike, “ said Beverly Magee, General Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore.
"We are honored to operate a fourth concept in the hotel,” said Alex Smith, Founder and President of Atlas Restaurant Group. “With the success of Bygone, Azumi and Loch Bar, the addition of another unique restaurant will make the hotel a dining and entertainment destination unlike any other in the region.”
“As owners and developers of Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore, we are excited to activate this most amazing space on the waterfront with a restaurant that will provide top notch service that customers have come to know from this property,” said Junaid Siddiqi, CFO for H&S Properties.
Beginning in January, hotel guests can enjoy breakfast with a view in The Bygone, located atop the hotel on the 29th floor.
