CTS Supports Baltimore Music Fest in Raising $86,000 for a Great Local Charity

11/29/18

Jeff Nolte, President and CEO of CTS in Millersville, MD

More than 350 guests decked out in tie-dye and blue jeans attended Hoodstock XV, a charity music festival held in October 13 at the American Visionary Art Museum in Baltimore.

Hoodstock began in 2004 as a neighborhood event in the backyard of a former board member and has since grown into a major annual fundraiser. This year's event, sponsored by CTS, raised a record-breaking $86,000 for Unified Community Connections. Four bands featured classic music from the 1960s and ‘70s with a splash of contemporary.

UCC is a wonderful organization, assisting 1,000+ children and adults with cerebral palsy and other disabilities to live as independently as possible. UCC's mission is to promote self-determination, independence, productivity, integration, and inclusion in all facets of community life - and they are amazing in all they accomplish.

Donate here to help this worthy local charity.

Save the date for next year’s event: Saturday, October 19, 2019 at the American Visionary Art Museum.
