Carsins Run At Eva Mar Appoints Bill Seccurro To Its Board Of Directors

11/6/18

Carsins Run at Eva Mar, Harford County’s first continuing retirement community (CCRC), is pleased to announce Bill Seccurro, current Charter Member and active community member, to Carsins Run Board of Directors.

As a Charter Member, Seccurro has had the opportunity to participate in activities and events sponsored by Carsins Run at Eva Mar, and to participate in on-going focus groups with architects, interior designers and other consultants and staff to provide input for program development. His commitment to these programs has demonstrated that he will be a dedicated board member with a strong work ethic.

Seccurro joins the Carsins Run team, as an active member in the Harford County community. He sits on several local boards including the Harford Business Roundtable for Education, the Harford County Student Trades Foundation, Inc., the Bel Air Economic and Community Development Committee, the Discover APG Advisory Board, and others. Seccurro will be able to use his position and connections to these boards to educate local professionals, prospective residents, and the community on the benefits of moving to a CCRC.

Prior to his retirement from the business world, Seccurro was the president and CEO of the Harford County Chamber of Commerce, which is the largest commerce organization in the state, and served the Harford County Public School System for nearly 35 years.

“Bill’s dedication to education and the community demonstrates that he has a well-rounded understanding of the foundations of stewardship, where people come before profits,” says Sue Shea, president and CEO of Carsins Run at Eva Mar. “His experience will play an integral part in enhancing the intellectually, physically, and socially stimulating environment of our community.”

Carsins Run at Eva Mar is excited to welcome Bill Seccurro as a new member of the board of directors, applauds his dedication to Carsins Run and the local community, and is looking forward to his contributions as a new board member.
