L’Eau de Vie Organic Brasserie, the eatery in the former Inn at The Black Olive space focusing on a plant-based menu and craft drinks, will have its grand opening this Saturday, offering raffle prizes in addition to food and drink.
As The Sun previously reported, the restaurant founded by chef/owner Elena Johnson, who also operates the catering business Nourrie Cuisine, opened back in September.
Though the name is French, for “Water of Life,” the brasserie’s menu isn’t limited to food from the famously food-focused European country. The dishes include paninis and sandwiches, entree salads, snacks and sides, and seasonal dishes–all of it completely vegan.
