Owings Mills, MD (October 29, 2018) – Jan Jefferson of David S. Brown Enterprises, LTD. has been recognized by the Maryland Multi-Housing Association (MMHA) with the Silver Award as the Property Manager of the Year at their annual Star Awards Ceremony. Ms. Jefferson, who was recently promoted to Residential Trainer, has worked for the company since 2012. MMHA, an affiliate of the National Apartment Association, organizes this event each year to honor outstanding achievements in the local apartment industry. David S. Brown Enterprises was also named the MMHA Bronze Award winner in the Property Management Company of the Year category.
