Severn residents will get their first look at the newly remodeled Walmart at 407 George Claus Blvd on Friday, October 26, as the much-anticipated project is completed. The Severn store will host a remodel grand opening celebration Friday, October 26 at 8:00 a.m.

Customers will enjoy the following store improvements:

• State-of-the-art electronics department
• Hardware and automotive tools in one convenient area; new products include table saws, generators and large tool boxes
• Refreshed pharmacy with expanded selection of vitamins and first-aid supplies, separate room for vaccinations
• Clean, spacious feel throughout with updated colors and signage, new fixtures and lighting, and refreshed bathrooms
• Refinished floors

“We’re very pleased with this investment that we’ve been able to make in the Severn community,” said Store Manager Robert Hanh. “We hope costumers will enjoy our expanded offerings and new look as we continue to offer our everyday low prices.”
