COLUMBIA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE: OFC) executed long-term leases with a Fortune 500 company for two, 100% pre-leased build-to-suit developments totaling 366,000 square feet in Northern Virginia. The first facility will be 150,000 square feet and is expected to deliver in the first quarter of 2019; the second facility will be 216,000 square feet and is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2019.
