Korth Companies Announces Leadership Changes As 36-Year Old Firm Readies For Next Generation In Full Service General Contracting

The Korth Companies, Inc, a General Contractor specializing in commercial interior construction in the Washington, DC Metro Area, has named real estate and commercial construction veteran, Matthew Merz, as President of the 36-year-old family-owned firm. Former President of the firm, Gene Korth, will continue to guide the company’s strategy as CEO and Terry Korth will continue to lead as Principal/Vice President.

Prior to M2iMPACT, Mr. Merz had a successful tenure at rand* construction corporation, starting as project manager and leaving the company as principal after 17 years of guiding the company through a period of tremendous growth.
