The Y in Central Maryland is pleased to welcome Ryan Behnken to its Harford County Community Leadership Board. As a member of the Community Leadership Board, Behnken will promote and support the Y’s mission and programs in the local community, and support fundraising efforts for the Y’s community outreach activities and scholarship programs.

As a retail regional manager for M&T Bank, Behnken serves the Harford and Baltimore communities, and is responsible for 11 branches and approximately 75 staff. He has been in retail banking for 11 years, specializing in business and leadership development.

Behnken received a bachelors of science from Towson University and a Master of Business Administration from University of Maryland. In his free time, Behnken enjoys participating in CrossFit and spending time with his wife and two children.
