With fall officially upon us, the summer series are pretty much wound down. But there are still plenty of outdoor festivals and community gatherings on the calendar, from the Book Festival all over the Inner Harbor to Southwest Palooza. And don’t miss out on some of the city’s unique art events, such as High Zero Festival and a parade at the BMA.
