The city’s cross-section of cultures is on full display with the Night Market at the former site of Chinatown, and festivals celebrating Polish and German heritage across town. Plus neighborhood festivals spotlight Pigtown, Belair-Edison and Cherry Hill. Happening tonight

Dining Out For Life: All night at participating restaurants. Eat out and raise money for a good cause all over the city. In the 25th edition of the event, restaurants donate a portion of Thursday’s proceeds to Moveable Feast, which provides nutritious meals for people living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other diseases.
