Continental Realty Corp. Promotes Murry Jordan To Service Manager At Kenilworth At Hazelwood Apartments

Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, has announced the promotion of Murry Jordan to Service Manager at Kenilworth at Hazelwood Apartments. Jordan, who joined the company in 2009, formerly functioned as a Service Technician.

In his new position, Mr. Jordan will focus on a wide variety of responsibilities to assure the proper functioning of the Kenilworth at Hazelwood Apartments, as well as the maintenance of the common areas. This includes handling basic service calls to address items in need of repair in the apartment homes, proactively performing maintenance throughout the community, training team members, scheduling appointments and supervising the activities of third-party vendors.

For the past several years, Mr. Jordan has participated in the local and national Maintenance Mania® competition, which includes events designed to replicate common maintenance activities performed on a daily basis in apartment homes. He was also recognized in 2015 and 2016 by the Maryland Multi-Housing Association (MMHA) in the annual Star Awards Ceremony for outstanding service. In addition, Mr. Jordan has completed Risk Management, Construction/Project Management and Leadership Development courses at Continental Realty University (CRU), the company’s in-house university that provides relevant continuing education classes to team members. He also holds a certificate as a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician through MMHA.
