HREC Investment Advisors is pleased to announce, it has arranged the sale of the 152-guestroom Doubletree Columbia located in Columbia, Maryland. The buyer was LTD Hospitality Group and Sefira Capital.

HREC Investment Advisors represented the seller RLJ Lodging Trust during the transaction. The sale was negotiated by Ketan Patel, Managing Director and Kevin Hanley, Senior Vice President, in n the Washington D.C. office.

Ketan Patel, Managing Director stated “The marketing of the Doubletree Columbia resulted in significant interest from a variety of buyer groups throughout the region. It has been one of the premier full-service hotels in Columbia/Howard County area and LTD Hospitality Group will maintain that position by completing a significant renovation.”
