Frankel Sims Law purchases 500 York Road
Cushman & Wakefield is pleased to announce the recent sale of 500 York Road, the former home of the Treanor Pope and Hughes Law Firm, in Towson, MD.
Marust LLC sold the 9,320-square-foot office building to Frankel Sims Law. The building, built in 1925, was a former bank branch that was converted to an attractive Class-A office buildout from the previous occupant, CFG Community Bank.
The building represents an ideal location for a local service provider and owner-occupant. The property is centrally located in downtown Towson and within walking distance to many restaurant and shopping amenities including Towson Square and Towson Town Center.
