KLNB Brokers Team Up to Bring Distinguished Beauty Retailer to California, MD
KLNB, the multi-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced today that the premier beauty retailer, Ulta Beauty, has signed a lease at Wildewood Shopping Center, a 300,000 square foot shopping center located in California, MD. Ulta Beauty will occupy the former Dollar General as well as the adjacent retail space, totaling approximately 10,000 square feet. KLNB Principal Matt Skalet and Senior Vice President Josh Weiner represented the owner, Finmarc Management Inc., and Principals Andy Feldman and John Meyer at KLNB represented Ulta Beauty in the transaction.
Known as the largest beauty retailer in the United States with over 1,100 store locations, Ulta Beauty is recognized as the premier beauty destination for cosmetics, fragrance, skin care, hair care, and salon services. This will be Ulta Beauty’s first location in the Southern Maryland region. The Wildewood Shopping Center is conveniently located at the epicenter of some of Southern Maryland’s most thriving counties, including St. Mary’s, Calvert and Charles counties. Its close proximity to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station, which employs 25,000 plus military and civilian personnel, is essential to drawing new business, making it a perfect location for Ulta Beauty.
