Pivot Physical Therapy joins Food Lion and Walgreens in serving the people of North East

Baltimore-based real estate developer Klein Enterprises announced today that Pivot Physical Therapy signed a lease for 4,000 square feet at North East Station Shopping Center in North East, MD – its second location in Cecil County. The projected opening is slated for late summer.

“We’re pleased to welcome Pivot Physical Therapy to North East Station – a company with a strong mission and reputation of supporting its clients across seven states. We’re confident that the community will see great benefit from services offered by our newest tenant,” said Patricia Palumbo, director of leasing and marketing for Klein Enterprises.

Pivot Physical Therapy specializes in physical therapy and sports medicine – with a unique one-on-one personalized care approach and highly qualified therapists. Pivot has a strong presence in Maryland with other locations across Delaware, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, D.C and West Virginia.

Dan Speciale, regional president of Pivot Physical Therapy shared, “We are thrilled to expand our footprint in Cecil County. With the opening of the new Amazon distribution center and the Cecil County Public Library in 2019, we were attracted to the long-term potential of this property and are excited to begin serving the community.”

North East Station is less than a mile from the Principio Industrial Park, which houses Amazon’s fulfillment center and employs over 1,000 people. The center is just two miles from another Klein Enterprises development, Charlestown Crossing, with 332 units complete in phase 1 and 92 units to be completed in phase 2. North East Station will be home to Cecil County’s largest (45,000 square feet) public library and headquarters; breaking ground in 2019.
