Orioles outfield prospect Cedric Mullins told Glenn Clark Radio July 23 he's eagerly awaiting his chance to play in Baltimore.
Mullins -- the No. 6 prospect in the Orioles' organization, according to MLB Pipeline -- feels ready to contribute at the big league level after spending the past two months at Triple-A Norfolk.
"At this point, you're playing for opportunity," Mullins said. "There's a lot of opportunities for guys, and it's been shown that a lot of guys have been up and down this year. Just going up there and trying to fill a role, fill a spot for whatever is needed at the time. And when my time comes, I just want to be prepared."
