Mid-Atlantic-based brain training provider launches virtual appointments, begins booking clients nationwide

Brain Training of Maryland, a leading provider of brain training programs for people of all ages, announced today that it has expanded its service offerings nationwide and will begin operating under the name Brain Train America, effective immediately.

With a new identity to reflect that it is now offering virtual appointments and services across the United States, Brain Train America is poised to reach more clients than ever before. Brain Train America helps clients of all ages quickly enhance brain function, achieving lasting effects by exercising the brain with mental and physical activities that focus on auditory processing, memory, attention and sequencing.

“Our new direction is simple and clear,” said Kate Ortman, founder and CEO of Brain Train America. “We now have the ability to meet clients near and far with our unique, individualized service offerings. We are thrilled to announce that we are moving forward as Brain Train America, and look forward to changing lives across America through brain training.”

Brain Train America’s new name and logo is the positive outcome of the company’s broadening footprint in the United States, increased recognition and unprecedented growth due to its integration of an array of brain training programs.

Brain Training of Maryland was founded in 2010 by Ortman, a parent of children with learning differences, a teacher and a certified ADHD life coach. From its humble beginnings on Ortman’s dining room table, the company has grown to add staff, expand facilities and diversify its portfolio of high-tech brain training programs to meet every individual brain training client’s needs. Doubling down on brain training solutions, the company has assembled a team of brain training experts that stand ready to evaluate challenges, determine a course of action, and provide clients with the best plan for brain training success.

With its growth, the company has received national recognition. In March 2018, Brain Training of Maryland was featured by Popular Science for the positive impact brain training is having on clients. Brain Training of Maryland was also named in 2017 Scientific Learning’s Fast ForWord Provider of the Year.

This year, the company began offering virtual appointments to connect its brain training staff and life-changing programs to clients across the United States. As Brain Train America, the company is best positioned to communicate its value as a national provider of customized cognitive therapies designed to meet each person’s unique brain training goals.

Brain Train America uses brain training to produce positive results for memory, attention, and more. Clients of Brain Train America include young athletes looking to sharpen their reaction times and processing speeds, and senior citizens hoping to keep their minds quick in a fast-moving world. Brain Train America works with clients to overcome challenges they face with learning impairments such as ADHD, Dyslexia and Auditory Processing Disorder. Brain Train America also provides services to assist clients with concussion recovery, and to prevent the onset of Dementia and Alzheimer’s.
