Constructed in 1992, the property was 75% leased at the time of sale to seven long-term regional eateries and service providers including Bello Vito’s restaurant, Dental Works, Dr. Michael Miller Podiatry and Signs in One Day. Neuman Commercial Group, led by Principal, Gil Neuman, represented the seller, an affiliate of Klein Enterprises, and procured the buyer, Axios Real Estate Group.
