It's been a busy week for Orioles first-round draft pick Cadyn Grenier.
The Oregon State shortstop helped his team win the College World Series with a 5-0 win against Arkansas in Omaha, Neb., June 28, and after a quick celebration, Grenier headed to Baltimore to begin his Orioles career.
"We won Game 3 on Thursday," Grenier told Glenn Clark Radio July 3. "We were back in Corvallis, [Ore.], on Friday, had a couple celebrations. … Then I had to repack and get out to Baltimore on Saturday. Within 24 hours of winning the College World Series, I had to have all my stuff ready to be sent out with me to Baltimore."
