J. Patrick Miles Named to The Arc Baltimore Board

J. Patrick Miles, Senior Manager and Assistant Vice President – Enterprise Marketing Services at T. Rowe Price, has been elected to the Board of Directors of The Arc Baltimore.

One of the nation's largest and most respected organizations of its kind, The Arc Baltimore supports more than 6,000 adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.

“Patrick’s many professional accomplishments, which include leadership roles in operational excellence, change management, and diversity initiatives at T. Rowe, will aid him immensely in his new role on our Board of Directors,” says The Arc Baltimore’s Executive Director, Kathleen M. Durkin. “Patrick understands the many challenges The Arc is facing and will be a vitally important resource to us as we move forward.”

A graduate of Towson University, Miles joined T. Rowe Price in 1999 and has held various leadership roles throughout his tenure. He quickly rose through the ranks to his current position, in which he leads four Lead Managers and their teams responsible for project managing multi-media marketing campaigns.

Miles also has responsibility for ensuring that the project support model at T. Rowe Price is aligned with organizational demands, and that the engagement model is able to provide a positive and value-add experience for internal business partners.

Miles lives with his wife, Monica, and daughter, Maggie, in Towson, MD. Monica is an Art Teacher at the Immaculate Conception School in Towson.
