Experienced Northern Virginia land use & zoning attorney Sara Mariska has joined Womble Bond Dickinson’s Tyson’s office.

Mariska has more than a decade of experience in all phases of the land use and development process in Northern Virginia, including rezoning, special permit, and special exception and variance applications. Mariska represents land owners, developers, businesses and community non-profits in land use and zoning matters in the counties of Fairfax and Arlington, as well as the City of Fairfax, the Town of Vienna and the Town of Herndon. Her projects include mixed-use, office, retail and multi-family residential developments, hotels, assisted living facilities and service stations.
