Lee & Associates Maryland, a fully-integrated commercial real estate brokerage and management firm has announced the expansion of its industrial and warehouse brokerage division with the hiring of Michael Carmen as Associate. Mr. Carmen will focus on Industrial Real Estate Brokerage.

In his new role, Mr. Carmen will assist with the identification of companies seeking new or expanded flex/office, warehouse and industrial space throughout the Baltimore-Washington, D.C. corridor. This includes performing research on local companies expanding or relocating into the area, cold-calling existing businesses, establishing relationships with commercial real estate brokerage professionals and development companies and assisting with negotiations for new leases and renewals.

Mr. Carmen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication and Media Studies from Towson University.
