The expedited transaction sold within two months at a price of over $400/SF with a non-refundable deposit to a private Buyer.

The National Bar Association had occupied the location since 1982 and while Located just two blocks from the Mt. Vernon Square / 7th St-Convention Center Metro Stop, the building will require significant renovations to bring it up to modern office standards.This deferred maintenance and changes in the organizations needs made a sale the best solution.
