First ground-up office development in Union Market
Avison Young, the world’s fastest-growing commercial real estate services firm,announced today that it has been named the exclusive leasing agent for Signal House at 350 Morse Street, NE in Washington, DC’s Union Market submarket.
The building’s owner, Carr Properties, recently closed on the acquisition of the office component of the mixed-use property and has plans for a 10-story, 225,000-square foot office development designed by Gensler. Signal House is situated in the heart of the Union Market submarket, located just minutes from Union Station, the H Street Corridor and the U.S. Capitol.
The Avison Young team of Principals Jonathan Wellborn, Eli Barnes, Will Stern and Greg Tomasso was awarded the assignment by Carr Properties.
