Just in time for Memorial Day weekend, the official opening of pool season and the unofficial start of summer, Towson is getting a much-anticipated new ice cream shop.
The Charmery’s second location will open at 6807 York Road this Saturday at noon, according to a campy video announcement featuring husband-and-wife co-founders David and Laura Alima.
