The Pinkard Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Fred Underwood as a Principal of the local real estate investment and development firm.

Mr. Underwood, who most recently served as a Senior Vice President at Bernstein Management, will be responsible for property acquisitions and development. While at Bernstein, Mr. Underwood worked on $1 billion of acquisitions and development projects.

Mr. Underwood earned his undergraduate degree from Brown University and an MBA from Cornell as well as a MS in Real Estate from Columbia and a JD from American University.
