Nearly twenty person digital marketing agency relocates from Cockeysville

ONeil Interactive, a digital marketing agency specializing in the residential homebuilding industry, has signed a lease with Hill Management Services, Inc. for space within the Executive Plaza complex in Hunt Valley. The four-building portfolio, which is in the final stages of a $3 million renovation strategy, contains approximately 550,000 feet of office and retail space, as well as a number of on-site amenities including a fitness center, deli and conference room facilities. The nearly twenty person company relocated from the Cockeysville area.Ashley Zitoof Hill Management Services represented the landlord and Scott Wingrat and Kyle Bell of CRESA represented the tenant in this transaction.

“We toured numerous spaces in Baltimore City but determined that having beautiful exposed ceilings in our space was not worth a forty-five minute to one hour daily commute each way,” explained Dennis O’Neil, founder of ONeil Interactive. “Many of our employees live in southern Pennsylvania and Howard County and work remotely at least two days each week. Relocating to Hunt Valley offered the most convenience for our staff and our clients. In addition, parking will never be a problem with the large surface lot, which was also a significant consideration in our decision.”

Founded in 2008, the company provides website development, as well as marketing software and services that assist residential development companies identify customers and buying trends. The marketing dashboard also provides systems integration and strategies for lead generation, and tracks and analyzes website traffic.

“The Executive Plaza complex offers many amenities for our employees including an on-site fitness center, in which we sponsor their memberships. Many work out during their lunch hour,” added O’Neil. “The courtyard area provides a great place for everyone to unwind, clear their heads and relax. We are also very close to numerous restaurants, a major grocery store and shopping. All things considered, it was unrealistic to move downtown. There would be a tremendous amount of time wasted every day, and we have everything we need here.”

Hill Management Services also offers four different conference rooms at Executive Plaza in Hunt Valley that are available for rent by tenants and non-tenants. Each is equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual services, high-speed internet, and catering available.

“We are increasingly experiencing a trend in which companies, with young employee bases that only work from the office several days each week, decide that a move to an urban location is not in their best interest,” explained Danielle Beyrodt, Vice President of Hill Management Services. “Suburban locations reduce commuting times and creates more efficiency and productivity for the employees and the company. High technology firms such as ONeil Interactive also draw employees specializing in this industry from a wide geographic area and the Cockeysville-Hunt Valley region is known for having access to this type oftalent.”
